Investigation of the Use of Voiceamp with Adults who Stutter
In experimental conditions, altered auditory feedback has been found to have a beneficial effect on the the speech fluency of many people who stutter. VoiceAmp is a pocket-sized device that delays and alters the frequency of auditory feedback. and can mask the speaker's voice. Discrete body worn devices with the potential to alter auditory feedback in all these different ways are relatively newly available. Hence, their use has not yet been adequately researched.
